Welcome to our members' section, where you can find information and links for members of Country Village Property Owners Association.

 

Entertainment events are planned by the Entertainment Committee (volunteer members). Calendar of events and meetings will be posted on the events page/calendar as they are planned and emailed to email addresses you provide to our office manager. Events will also be posted by front door of the community building/office & the roadside signage board.

RENTERS are allowed to use commons area if their landlords are in good standing with their dues/fees paid. Please provide your email address to the office if you wish to be included in entertainment event updates by email.

Please register your information with our office, providing your names of residing renters, address, phone, email, and number of vehicles including auto plates/numbers info, pet info and receive a copy of our rules and regulations of our Homeowner's Assn. all renters are required to follow.

Access to POOL area requires keycard 

available to all homeowners in good standing, & available to their renters. Please stop in the office to fill out paperwork to receive one free card per homeowner. Pool entry will be from sunrise to sunset. Rules will be given with keycard. Call office for appointment, 863-675-1501.
